Elicitation and Processing of personal data
To guarantee system security and an optimum upkeep of system operation, our web server records the name of the web domain or IP address of the inquiring computer. These data will be temporarily stored and deleted later. Regulations regarding this procedure are in accordance with the Teledienstedatenschutzgesetz (federal telecom data privacy act) and the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (federal data protection act).
Personal data will only be stored if such data will be voluntarily released by the customer, e.g. in the context of an order of information material, or, if a contact is established, via our contact form. We will only require such data to process the respective purpose of the enquiry.
For statistical purpose and to steadily optimize our website these pages use Google Analytics to collect information about your surfing behavior. You can find the privacy policy for Google Analytics at www.google.com/intl/en/privacy/privacy-policy.html.
Usage and Disclosure of personal data and appropriation. This website uses Google DoubleClick (Floodlights) cookies. Doubleclick is a service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Cookies are small text files that are stored in the browser of a user. These are used to evaluate the use of this website. The data collected will be evaluated only for statistical purposes and in anonymous form. Your browser will be assigned a pseudonymous identification number (ID). DoubleClick cookies contain no personal information. All above mentioned and required personal data, according to purpose, will be processed only to carry out your enquiry. These data will not be passed on to any third party.
The utilization of published contact data in context with our website, such as mail addresses, employees´ names, telephone numbers, and email addresses through third parties, if such information is not explicitly demanded, is strictly prohibited.

Data Transfer
The data transfer of your personal data to our server is carried out uncoded. It can therefore not be guaranteed that third parties may access and read such data. If you like to avoid such a scenario, we advise you not to communicate any such data via our website. Please use alternative ways of communication, eg. letter post.

Cookies and active elements
The internet website does neither use cookies nor Java-applets. However, Java scripts simplify the use of our website. In this context we will not ask you to disclose any private data.

Data Storage and Data safety
Some applications (eg. ordering of information material) may require storage of respective personal data. Baude Holding GmbH uses the necessary technical and organisational security measures to protect your data from accidental and intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by non-authorised persons. Our security measures are constantly improved. However, a network architecture such as the internet does not guarantee a 100% security. There are illegal activities, in particular non-authorised penetration of our server (cracking), and it may therefore be possible that your personal data may be accessed by third party (although such a probability is very low). The risk remains, however.
According to the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (federal data protection act) Baude Holding GmbH has internally appointed a data privacy protection officer.

Publication of the contact details of the data protection officer according to Art. 37 Section 7 GDPR
