Semoflex® PUR spiral cables
Our spiral cables are suitable for highest demands, in robots, high performance machines, hydraulic ramps (also outside), drills, screw-drivers,etc.. At the institute of material testing in Hannover the spiral endured more than 1 million weight changes without any failure!
They are used where you need high quality and duration of life. Even at low temperatures high reset power is guaranteed.
Semoflex®-Electronic PUR spiral cables
The spiral cable for electronic applications ( medical electronic, measuring instruments, car industry etc.). Because of the PUR outer sheath we have got a high reset power and duration of life even for spiral cables 0,14 – 0,5 mm2.
The screened version has got a high reset power because of a special, helical copper screen.
PVC spiral cables
Our most competitively calculated PVC cables are suitable for sectors in which reset power is not absolutely necessary, e.g. lighting, feeder cables, advertising, kitchen utensils, hair dryer.
Special spiral cables
We produce and harness spiral cables according to the customers‘ requests. Depending on the application we manufacture spiral cables with longer straight ends, individual outer diameters, cables in PA-tubes, integrated pressure tubes and combinated constructions. We supply everything according to your demands – from the partly harnessed spiral cable up to the end-product.
