Pre-assembled cables
Our cables and spiral cables can be completely or semi assembled and will be produced as a ready-for-assembly product. This applies for lower quantities as well as for higher volumes. The following services can be offered and will be based on your individual requirements:

- cutting
- stripping / tinning
- assembly of cable end sleeves as far as rotated contact tapes
- individual plug mounting, wired ready for connection, proofed
- packed and labeled

We have got a multifaceted machinery beside extensively possibilities of manual mounting methods. Our machinery contains among others a SCHLEUNIGER`S cross-cut machine, various crimp machines including a crimp unit and another one especially used for contacts and isolated cable end sleeves.
Additionally we would like to mention our measuring instruments and different testing sets according to DIN / VDE standards.
We are able to proceed all well-established customer requirements due to our machinery and knowledge.
